In March 31st, the first meeting of the third trade union committee of the group was held at Hubei waterway engineering company. Union chairman Guo Diming and members of the Han trade union attended the meeting.

Guo Diming presided over the meeting and made a speech. The meeting conveyed the provincial Party's mass work conference, discuss the "points" in 2016, trade unions, trade unions focus on 2016 for the deployment; layout of the use of union dues paid and management in 2016.
